Salesforce Reporting & Data Coordinator
The Salesforce Reporting & Data Coordinator supports organizational reporting and analytics within Salesforce. This role focuses on building and maintaining dashboards, generating cross-object and recurring reports, and ensuring CRM data is accurate and structured to support operational decision-making.
This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills who enjoys working with data and collaborating with teams to improve reporting visibility across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Dashboard Support (Primary Focus)
* Build and optimize reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership and operational teams
* Develop cross-object and advanced reports to support forecasting and performance tracking
* Track KPIs related to revenue, programs, events, and engagement
* Support forecasting and performance tracking efforts
* Modify and improve existing dashboards for clarity and usability
* Assist with ad hoc reporting requests
Data Accuracy & CRM Support
* Monitor data integrity and assist with data cleanup initiatives
* Support imports, exports, and deduplication efforts
* Ensure consistent data entry practices and naming conventions
* Identify discrepancies that may impact reporting accuracy
Team Collaboration
* Work with departments to understand reporting needs
* Provide guidance on accessing and interpreting reports
* Support documentation of report definitions and KPI metrics
Qualifications
* 1-2 years of Salesforce, CRM, or reporting experience
* Experience building complex Salesforce reports and dashboards
* Understanding of CRM architecture, objects, and data relationships
* Experience with data imports (Data Loader or similar tools)
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
* Salesforce Certification (preferred)
